Salads, Salads, Everywhere

Let us be honest. I'm getting tired of Lettuce.  You see what I did there? Huh? Huh?  PunQUEEN reigns supreme!!! Ok, to the point. I've been eating soooooooooooo much salad lately. Mostly those little side salads from Wendy's. 120 calories (sans dressing) and only cost $1.79. Can't really beat that. There is also that little half a sandwich that I got when I went to Applebee's with my coworkers. I had 1/2 then (with another damn salad) and 1/2 for lunch today. That is progress because I wanted succumb to my urges and eat the entire thing in one setting. But I didn't! Hooray for small successes!

I've also been making Planet Fitness my second home. I really enjoy it there. For what I want to do anyway. I don't think this would be the right gym for serious body lifters as they don't have a huge range of equipment. Their free weights only go up to 75 and they don;t have things like jump rope or bosu balls. But for me, right now, restarting this fit life, it is the perfect setting.

All I can see in this picture are big ass calves. The reason my boots don't fit. Damn it!
